COMMUNITY COORDINATOR  : PART TIME  POSITIONS AVAILABLE    --work  up to 27 hours per week 
InnerVision Inc.-Mecklenburg County’s #1 Psychosocial Rehabilitation Service is offering a rare opportunity for an aspiring professional to enter the behavioral healthcare field without 2+ years of paid full time human services experience!
Must be compassionate and possess a genuine desire to work with adults with trauma, mental health and/or addictions challenges. Partial College, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree candidates preferred. High School Diploma or GED accepted. Internship, paid or personal experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges is a plus! Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be a team player who can work independently and possess strong organization and time management skills. Fuel your passion and get your fun on (this is a job that won’t feel like work!) as you teach clients in our clubhouse setting to improve their social and self-sufficiency skills. Caseload, documentation, 1:1 and group activity responsibilities. Get paid as you cultivate your skills, enhance your professional development and take advantage of advancement opportunities. POSITION:  RELIEF COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

​PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST-    PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE   * $250 Signing  Bonus!
Be a life coach using your lived experience with mental health and/or substance abuse to help others on their recovery journey!

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a peer life coach and mentor for others with mental illness and /or substance abuse challenges as each person pursues their individual Recovery journey!

Qualifications:       

Interested applicants must be a NC Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS);                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Must have good writing and communication skills;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Must be well established and stable in your own recovery;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Must have demonstrated self-awareness of personal recovery needs;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Must be able to effectively connect with peers to support their recovery;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Must be able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries in peer and staff relationships;                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Must be proficient in the use of the computer including required use of emails, Excel, and Microsoft Word type applications to document                           services provided within an electronic records management system;                                      Must have good organization skills;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Must be able to work independently and as a team member with supervision;                                                                                                            Must have and maintain a satisfactory DMV driving record; Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) at InnerVision is a member of our behavioral healthcare team who has walked the path of Recovery from mental illness and / or substance use disorder. The CPSS is employed  to facilitate  one to one and group activities that help others pursue their individual Recovery journey. Trust gained through similar life  experiences is at the core of the working relationship  between a CPSS and individuals served.   Peer Support is  offered across the array of services offered by InnerVision Inc.  , including in our  Hospital Peer Bridger service;daily Psychosocial Rehabilitation Clubhouse Program ,  Medication Assisted Therapy   (MAT)   Peer Support Services    , Supported Employment Service and Medicaid Billable Peer Support Service.  

Certified Peer Support Specialist General Work Tasks:
  • Engage with assigned peers in the Person Centered Process to encourage and support their Recovery needs.
  • Model skills and behaviors.
  • Teach and mentor individuals on identified topics using their Person Centered Plan (PCP) as service delivery guide.
  • Document interactions, goals, outcomes, and resources. ​

Qualifications: 

Must be a NC Associate Professional (AP) or Qualified Professional (QP);                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Must have education and/or experience in business, mental health, substance abuse and/or social services;                                                                                                                                    Knowledge of the work world and experience providing employment services for adults with mental health challenges preferred;                                                 Must have good communication and documentation skills;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Must be proficient in the use of the  a laptop including required use  for  emails, Excel, and Microsoft Word type applications to document                           services provided within an electronic records management system;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Must have good organization skills;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Must be able to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision;                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Must have the ability to work productively alone and as an effective team member;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Must have dependable transportation;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Must have and maintain a current North Carolina driver’s license;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Must have and maintain  personal auto insurance coverage as use of your own car required;                                                                                                                                                                                                             Must have and maintain a satisfactory DMV driving record;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Must be willing to transport individuals served  in your personal vehicle as required for role functions;                                                                                                                                                                  Must have established business networks or able to access and establish ongoing employer relationships on behalf of individuals served.

*The ESP is familiar, believes and applies the tenants of evidence based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model as defined in  the NC Supported Employment service definition (reference https://files.nc.gov/ncdhhs/documents/files/State-Funded%20IPS-SE%20for%20AMH-SAS%20FINAL%20for%20POSTING%201-27-16.doc.pdf   ) as a successful approach in helping individuals with mental illnesses (many with co-occurring substance abuse challenges) chose, get, and keep a job of their choice in the community by engaging them in rapid job-search and job placement activities. 
*The ESP believes, emphasizes and demonstrates to their assigned consumers and stakeholders that work is not the result of treatment and recovery but integral to both.
*The ESP engages consumers served in the person centered planning process focusing on their successful achievement of their vocational goal of choosing, getting, and maintaining competitive employment that aligns with their preferences, competency, and satisfaction.
 ESP’s engage in ongoing skill building and psychiatric rehabilitation activities .

LICENSED  CLINICIANS   : PART TIME & FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
InnerVision Inc. in Uptown Charlotte is looking for passion powered competent and committed Licensed Clinicians to conduct assessments and therapy with adults with mental health challenges some with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. $200 signing bonus given to Licensed Clinicians currently enrolled in the Cardinal Innovations Managed Care Network.  
 
If you are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) or Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) this is your job!

Qualifications:
Licensed clinician.
