CHARLOTTE – Officials held grand opening ceremonies Monday morning for InnerVision's new Economic Empowerment Center in uptown Charlotte. Mayor Anthony Foxx helped board members cut the ribbon. Unemployment means a lot more than the loss of a paycheck. That is the premise InnerVision is built on.
