Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
InnerVision Inc. is a nationally accredited non-profit, 501c(3) organization that provides comprehensive resources, services and supports in the areas of employment, education and wellness to adults, inclusive of individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
Qualified Professionals, Certified Peer Support Specialists, Licensed Clinicians, Trained Volunteers and CPCC instructors partner with individuals served in activities that focus on their work values, vocational strengths, relevant employment skills and wellness in relation to their value added to the workforce.
The therapeutic interventions used in our daily Psychosocial Rehabilitation Service utilize the principles of Recovery embedded in a Psychiatric Vocational Rehabilitation approach (Boston Univ.) that supports individuals served as they progress towards mental wellness.
Using a university adult education format, individuals served select their schedule courses to meet their daily living, personal, and vocational person centered needs and preferences.
We teach from evidenced based curriculums so they are clear expectations and outcomes that promote participant success.
Course schedules change every six months.
Free Peer Support Specialist Training is offered to individuals served in our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Service.
InnerVision has the only staff in North Carolina trained in Psychiatric Vocational Rehabilitation.
