Welcome to InnerVision

          InnerVision Inc. is a nationally accredited non-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of adults with mental health challenges. Our therapuetic interventions use the principles of  recovery embedded in a psychiatric vocational rehabiltation process (Boston Univ.) that  supports consumers as they progress towards mental wellness. The psychiatric vocational rehabiltation process focuses on building client strengths and competencies surrounding work values within and beyond the limits of their disability. 

           InnerVision's one stop Recovery Center offers flexible professional services and supports under one roof designed to meet the needs of mentally ill adults throughout their recovery journey.

             The InnerVision Recovery Center is located at 501 North Tyron Street (at the corner of North Tyron & 8th streets) in centrally located Uptown Charlotte.  Find us on the 4th floor of the historic First United Methodist Church.  Easily accessible to several bus stops.  Walk to the main transportation center, the main library, eateries, museums, entertainment, shopping, cultural establishments, and more.

          InnerVision takes pride in the quality services delivered to our consumers.  We would like to share some of our recent consumer success stories with you.  Here are a few of the accomplishments of the clients at the InnerVision Recovery Center.

18 consumers recently grauduated from the  Peer Leadership Academy
7 consumers  recently completed  the prep phase of the GED program
320 consumers have volunteered throughout the Charlotte community thanks to InnerVision (over a six year period)

The belief that integration with medical care would greatly enhance the quality of behavioral health services has become the conventional wisdom among behavioral health professionals.
Media is being able to convey ideas and thoughts to the public in many directions. This is a way to catch the public’s eye and show them different views of life experiences. InnerVision is continuing its efforts to harness technology to improve the quality of life for individuals with psychiatric disabilties.
She was sociable and happy in high school. But in college that changed abruptly: Depressed and withdrawn, some days she couldn't get out of bed. And that wasn't all.
